The 18 year old from Vincennes only discovered motocross at the age of 12, having previously shown great promise as a tennis player, but has benefited from the advice of experienced riders Loic Rombaut and Jerome Hemery as his career has progressed.
A Kawasaki rider throughout his career, Germain broke his foot last season and missed much of the outdoor season after a strong performance in the supercross series. He will compete in the exciting new European 125 Championship aboard a KX125 Kawasaki specially tuned with Pro Circuit parts by Harry Nolte at the Team CLS workshop in the Netherlands, and will also race the French Elite and Supercross series with the assistance of GT77, a Kawasaki dealer which has supported him for several years.
