After coming desperately close to a podium in three previous MX2 GPs this year, Jeremy Van Horebeek of Kawasaki Team CLS grabbed his first trophy of the season at Campo Grande in Brazil.

Xavier Boog of the Kawasaki Racing Team made a successful return to the FIM MX1 World Championship at the Brazilian GP to finish sixth in the second moto of his first GP race for seven weeks.
